Due to our assessment of risks still posed by the presence of Coronavirus to our most vulnerable residents, we are only taking limited bookings at this time for private functions. At this time, we are only booking our Main Hall to ensure you have as much space as possible to spread out and number restrictions will be in place. We are taking one private event per day for Saturday 2-6pm or Sunday 3-7pm only. Due to the risk of changing restrictions during the winter, we are currently only booking a few months in advance also. On Monday 2nd August, booking will open for September and October weekends. 1st September we will open November; etc.
Please include as much information as you can regarding the event you have in mind including the preferred date, entertainment plans, number attending, food & drink. The more information you can provide, the quicker and easier it will be to get you booked in. Please note that due to the limits we have in place, space is extremely limited and likely to book up fast.
Please note that booking enquiries are only taken via email. The Booking Clerk works flexible hours Tuesday-Thursday. Emails will be returned during these days and responded to in the order they were received.
